Touted as the greatest collection of Greek Art, this museum is worth a spin. The Rick Steves Audio Tour, organized chronologically, gives a great explanation of the history and evolution of Greek art from the Cycladic period, 3200 – 2000 BC, to the Hellenistic period, 323 31 BC.
