The grape harvest is well underway in the south of France. The well ripened fruit looks likes it’s suffered enough and is begging to be bottled.
On the way back from the Uzès Saturday market we passed a vineyard of merlot with the mechanical harvesters in action.
Now we’re just waiting for the cask!
