Evol, officially listed as one of the plus beaux villages of France, is one of the tiniest with that distinction. As such it remains less touristed with no real tourist shops or restaurants. There is, however, a small outdoor café in the center of town. With easy access from N116 (take the D4 just past Olette, about 8 miles southwest of Prades), this quaint stone hamlet of cobbled streets and tended flowers is worth the visit.
